Thank you for visiting my page and sharing the passion for home, my name is Jeanette Balkanli; I love highlight and seeing the positive side  in everything, that's why I studied marketing in Caracas, For many years I owned a beauty business until I moved to Miami in 2003.  I had to reinvent myself when  i started working for a Luxury homes developer company in South Florida.

 

I appreciate the opportunity. because although it was something totally new for me, I learned everything about real estate and construction. I started as an assistant in the legal department, sales and construction supervision and customer service, delivering beautifully finished houses to my clients and seeing their satisfied smiles awakened my true passion in interior design; my profession has allowed me to help people acquire their homes either as a homestead property, vacation home or as an investment opportunity ready to move in. ​

 

I got my 'Home Designer and Staging' license from Broward College and then studied at the New York Institute & Design, along with a few other certificates in aromatherapy, color psychology, and feng shui. ​ With my construction experience and creative mind, clients can see the value of a property and what the house will look like, even if it is still under construction, a land, or needs extensive renovation.

 

My comprehensive business model helps my clients every step of the way:  buying, selling and designing their dream home. My studio "7 Elements Home Design" offers decoration and home staging services, I have the support of a carefully selected network of certified and  insured contractors for the peace of mind of my clientele, additionally I work together with one of the most talented architecture firms in Florida.

 

I enjoy traveling, I appreciate art and I like to paint. As a good Cancerian, I love home, reading a good book, spending time with my family, friends and my puppies Luna and Leo. To give back to my community, I am one of the founders of “Latinas in Fort Lauderdale”, this is a networking group that supports women and entrepreneurs to grow their business, connect, exchange knowledge and empower themselves.
